Professional Experience 
With over 16 years of experience in leadership, performance, talent management, and learning development, I am passionate about building the learning, development, and talent management strategy that enables the growth and success of all leaders and employees across industry such as consumer goods, manufacturing, and mining. In summary role, I lead the creation and implementation of the talent, learning development management system and platform, ensuring the alignment of learning objectives, competencies, and performance indicators across the organization. I also design and deliver various learning methods and programs, such as coaching, self-learning, job assignment, and training, to address the development needs of different levels and functions. Additionally, I have designed and conducted multiple assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of the learning and development initiatives. Through these efforts, I have contributed to enhancing the learning culture, talent pipeline, and organizational capabilities at organization and business.

As a certified executive and professional coach (ACC), I also leverage my coaching and facilitation skills to empower individuals and teams to achieve their full potential and performance.
